Responsibilities

Following are the day-to-day work activities:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Work on backend services, APIs, and integrations with healthcare platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.
• Ensure best coding practices, security compliance, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong Java Development Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Backend Development Expertise: Experience in building RESTful APIs, Hibernate, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Cloud & DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• API Integrations: Experience in integrating third-party APIs, with WhatsApp API integration being a strong advantage.
• Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Security & Performance Optimization: Understanding of best practices for scalability, security, and high-performance applications.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
