Uma Gogineni joined ValueMomentum in April 2003 and serves as Chief People Officer and President of Technology Solution Centers. She has been instrumental in establishing the strong teams that help ValueMomentum deliver complex solutions across the insurance value chain. Uma’s mission is to build high-performing teams and leaders to enable rapid growth while cultivating a sense of fun, fellowship, and pride in the workplace. She has three decades of professional experience in the IT consulting industry across India and North America. Prior to joining ValueMomentum, Uma honed her domain-based IT consulting skills with Tata Consulting Services and Satyam Enterprise Solutions in India and with Insurance Technology Services of America and Wells Fargo Bank in North America. She holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and an MBA from Osmania University.
