As a PeopleSoft Developer your day-to-day activities will be as follows:

  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft applications in accordance with business requirements.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document customizations and enhancements within the PeopleSoft environment.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from PeopleSoft databases.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in PeopleSoft scripts, applications, and customizations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
  • Perform retrofitting activities for upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) processes.
  • Ensure compatibility and functionality of existing customizations during system upgrades.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new features and technologies within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
  • Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft features and enhancements.
  • Highlight any issues and / or risks in a timely manner.


Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

  • 3+ Years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
  • Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, and File Layout.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as BI Publisher, SQR, and PSQuery.
  • advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
  • Experience with Fluid User Interface (UI) and CSS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Finance 9.2 modules is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Familiar with best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
