Job Role and Purpose:
Lead project teams in delivery of QA projects and engagements for P&C insurance industry customers using various methodologies. Configure and test software applications, analyze user requirements, develop test procedures, test plan, test cases, and test strategy; and design and execute manual/automated testing using HP QTP, HP Winrunner, HP QC (ALM) for applications. Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing of client/server, mainframe and web based insurance applications. Capture and present test metrics, prepare summary report, and perform gap analysis.
Bachelor’s degree or equiv in Comp Sci, Engineering (Comp/Mech/Elec), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Will accept 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s degree.
