Job Role and Purpose:

Develop business development & marketing strategies for providing IT solutions and services to Property & Casualty insurance carriers in the areas of Policy Administration, Rating, Claims, Billing, Web Portals, Custom Application Development, Application Maintenance & Support, Automation, Quality Assurance, Data Management, & Analytics. Responsible for new account acquisition & expansion of key industry accounts in P&C vertical. Responsible for building a strong relationship with P&C analysts & advisory firms. Build a compelling value proposition that leads to sale closures & positions the company to become an industry expert in the P&C insurance. Analyze competitor’s solutions & techniques, competitors sales & marketing strategy to strategize organization value-positioning in the market segment. Collect & analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, buying habits to identify new markets. Develop a pricing strategy to help the organization maximize their profits & market share while ensuring that the organization customers are satisfied. Formulate, direct or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote company solutions & services to P&C insurance companies. Plan, direct, & coordinate marketing policies & programs based on knowledge of market characteristics, for direct sales & marketing of P&C insurance solutions & services. Identify channel partners & business associates focused on services to be provided in the P&C insurance space.


Bachelor’s degree or equiv. in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field, plus 5 years of experience in a position involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Position requires some domestic travel. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S. No telecommuting.
