Job Role and Purpose:
Execute software quality assurance projects for insurance industry customers and perform client, project & team management for the delivery of projects using various methodologies (Iterative, Waterfall & Agile), partner products, tools & platforms. Oversee/deliver QA solutions/testing for insurance industry customers, particularly policy admin systems (PAS). Perform feasibility analysis and evaluation of tools. Conduct automated POCs; QA strategy, planning & design; STLC, test estimations, & defect management. Develop & test QA automation using UFT, QTP, HP ALM & Selenium. Provide QA support of various tests: functional, regression, re-testing, UAT, system, smoke & sanity. Gather & analyze requirements. Attend project kick off meetings. Develop automation demos. Report project status.
Bachelor’s degree or equiv in Comp Sci, Engineering (Comp/Mech/Elec) or related field, plus 5 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
