Once enterprises configure iFoundry and evolve a system to serve their specific needs, they can start the following activities.

• Maintain various system entities like Agreements, Rate & fee Plans, Product Hierarchies, Pricing plans within the iFoundry based system
• Provision iFoundry’s high performance, transaction processing engines for consistent, accurate and rapid automation of the data, business rules, formulae & algorithms, other business logic, inherent within the above system entities
• Integrate iFoundry’s transaction processing engines with existing systems

• Load agreements, rate & fee plans from Microsoft XL / XML files
• Author and maintain Product Hierarchies from a GUI environment
• Author and maintain Pricing plans and their associated formulae and algorithms from a GUI environment
• Optimize transaction processing performance of engines
• Build test beds and testing applications
• Build data transformation mappings between iFoundry engines’ service interfaces and enterprise-specific web service specifications
• Build 3^rd party interfaces
• Provide estimates for implementing Level 1 Configuration projects
• Execute the systems integration project based on an engagement model, with a price contract involving a project fee schedule linked to successful delivery of milestones
• Execute the systems integration project based on a resourcing model, involving a global delivery structure with resources deployed at client sites and at ValueMomentum’s low-cost offshore location

• High alignment with client goals and motivations, through the use of engagement models that link ValueMomentum’s payments to project success
• Up-to 40 % cost savings on implementation budgets, through the use of ValueMomentum’s global delivery capabilities
