Solutions: As a Professional services firm, ValueMomentum seeks to add value to its clients, especially such value that is perceived as giving the clients a means to accelerate time-to-market or address a business or technology problem in an underserved area – as we see in our core Insurance & Lending industry segments. ValueMomentum also seeks to ensure that its service offerings and associated methodologies and processes are best in breed and “ahead of market” to our clients advantage.

We also believe that, with the advent of SOA, thick infrastructure and services composed into applications, will be increasingly utilized. We believe we can add substantial value by building vertical frameworks, business services and composition tools that can ease and accelerate the assembly and composition process.

ValueMomentum's Solutions Engineering Research & Development (SERD) division is chartered with the task of developing such Toolsets and Vertical Solutions in addition to new service offerings, quick start templates, new or improved operational processes and new methodologies. ValueMomentum strives to offer such offerings and skillsets “ahead of the market” through this internally funded R&D unit.

The high level goals for our SERD group (Solutions Engineering, Research and Development) are outlined below

• Keep track of changes and innovations in the platform vendor landscape
• Incorporate best practices, standards in application composition and project management processes
• Develop composition tools & enablers to support distributed application development and project management
• Support inter-operability of various best-in-breed platforms and build platform frameworks and reference architectures
• Develop vertical solution frameworks and business services for specific functional and process areas within the Insurance and Lending industries
• Become a key part of the eco-system of what we believe will be two of the Top 5 SOBA platforms in CRM
