- Our Client faced the challenge of attracting and retaining Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) as the claims applications were largely “green screen” based requiring lookups and memorizing key strokes; high training costs, lead times and turnover created a need for GUI-based interfaces
- However, the Client did not want to invest in a large reengineering effort until the direction of the Claims department was finalized and instituted by executive management; an interim solution was sought.
