Our Client is in the midst of a transformational initiatives involving replacing core systems with packages solution for Personal Lines Policy Administration (PAS). The Client faced the following challenges:
- An urgency to rapidly meet business and customer needs required significant PAS expertise in the areas of program planning, team and cost estimation, methodology definition
- Parallel rollouts: PAS expertise and rapid scalability of Business/Systems Analysts, Package configuration team, integration architects and developers, QA analysts and engineers, data analysts and ETL developer was sought

Leveraging our experience in (a) P&C industry and quoting, rating, underwriting, process experience (b) state-of-the-art Offshore Development Center (ODC) (c) mature processes, we partnered with the Client in delivering the following:
- Staffed projects using Managed Services and fixed bid model with QA, BA,Dragon Developers, Rating specialists, Java developers located onsite and at an Offshore Delivery Center (ODC)
- Supplemented QA and Dev teams with BAs to guide the writing of over 4000 test cases using ISO & underwriter manuals, perform rating testing
- Package PAS systems configuration, maintenance and enhancement of PAS system using SLAs, integration with downstream systems, external providers and comparative raters
- Introduced metrics to track team productivity, conducted shadow testing (client teams) onsite to measure offshore QA analyst productivity
