- Our Client was executing against a major transformation of its IT infrastructure in a “Greenfield” mode.
- The Client opted to centralize Quality Assurance resources spread across the IT organization into a Centralized Quality Assurance Department.
- The Greenfield initiative was expected to witness spikes in activities on account of multiple initiatives ramping up and down as per their project schedules. Managing costs and augmenting the QA team “on demand” was considered as imperative by the Program Management Office.

- ValueMomentum partnered with the client in the form of a flexible QA Staffing engagement. Some key features of the engagement included:
- ValueMomentum assisted the Client in setting up the Centralized Quality Assurance competency by sharing its INSYNC TM QA Process
- ValueMomentum's QA Engineers (QAEs) leveraged insurance domain experience to increase productivity and when required, alleviate bandwidth constraints of the business analysts by writing test cases.
- The engagement was structured using ValueMomentum's “Managed Staffing” model to provide seamless ramp up and ramp down as projects passed through the QA cycles. Accordingly, team leads were designated to support tactical activities such as providing pre-screening, induction and knowledge management, while our Client's QA managers focused on developing and enforcing testing standards and supporting existing systems.
