- Our Customer was implementing a large eCommerce initiative focused on delivering a network of coordinated, efficient and convenient services for its agents, employees and policyholders.
- Our client was faced with the challenge of accessing skilled resources to provide the QA services involved in implementing the new Administration System with an under funded budget for QA.
- Our Customer also required engagement flexibility to accommodate the spikes in activities, multiple releases and the complexities arising from disparate geographies involved in the development process. Managing costs was considered as imperative by the Program Management Office.

- ValueMomentum partnered with the client in the form of a flexible QA Staffing engagement. ValueMomentum consultants performed system testing, load / stress testing and assembly testing activities. Some key features of the engagement included:
- ValueMomentum's QA Engineers (QAEs) leveraged insurance domain experience to fully understand existing business rules & processes and the to-be business processes being implemented.
- In addition to executing Test Scripts, the QAEs also leveraged their domain knowledge and grasp of the Client's business to generate Test Conditions & Test Scripts based on business rules, without the aid of documented Requirements.
- All QAE's were Mercury Certified Specialists with over eight years of IT experience including insurance experience
- The engagement allowed for flexible working environments where the QAEs worked in shifts and at times, round-the-clock, facilitating daily builds into parallel environments – to address the challenges of various geographies and delivery pressures.
- The team leveraged ValueMomentum's IN-SYNC TM testing methodology, insurance domain expertise and project management skills supported by it's delivery managers.
