Our client is in the midst of implementing a Policy Processing Package for its Commercial lines. The clients’ management faced the following challenges:
- QA Staff and SME’s were stretched thin
- Consequently test scripts were not converted in QTP format
- Since most of the testing was done manually end to end testing of the application was not being performed efficiently
- High costs of hiring contractors, challenges with on boarding retaining knowledge

- Leveraging our experience in (1) Policy Administration system testing (2) QA experience and (3) global delivery capability we partnered with the client in delivering the following
- Converted quote templates for Auto, WC and GL lines of Business to QTP test case format
- Executed the QTP test cases to cover endorsements, cancellations, renewals and reinstatements
- Performed End to End testing of the application including testing the screen flow tested for broken links or popup windows, navigation and policy issuance
- Modified the scripts to incorporate additional functionality to validate surcharges based on the health sheet provided by the client
